French envoy to UK recalledTHE French ambassador to the United Kingdom, who has used expletives to describe Israel, has been recalled.

Daniel Bernard reportedly told luncheon guests in London last year that current troubles in the world were caused by Israel, and used an expletive adjective [sh*tty] to describe the country. The luncheon was hosted by the chairman [Conrad Black] of Hollinger International, the company that owns the Jerusalem Post, and his wife [Barbara Amiel], a London columnist.
