WE APPEAL TO OUR FRIENDS TO CONTACT THE US ATTORNEY’S OFFICE IN NORTHERN ILLINOIS (address below) WITH FURTHER INFORMATION RELATING TO THE THUGS ARRESTED ON NOVEMBER 23 AFTER INVADING DAVID IRVING’S CHICAGO DINNER FUNCTION AT THE “EDELWEISS”:

 

Eight masked thugs dressed in black invaded the restaurant on November 24, 2009, and ran slap into a police ambush prepared by Mr Irving’s staff. Five were captured and held all night at Norridge Police station, where they refused initially to provide identity details — it now becomes apparent why.

Acknowledging incomplete information on their addresses, Norridge Police Deputy Chief James Jobe identified the five thugs to the press as Jason Hammond, 24, of Chicago; Brandon Stepien, 19, of Chicago; the Trotzky-lover Nathan Hill (left), 26, of Morris; Adam DeSantis, 21, of Buffalo Grove; and computer-hacker and credit-card thief Jeremy Hammond, 24, of Chicago. Each were charged with two counts of disorderly conduct, a class C misdemeanor. Their court date is Jan. 6.

Mr Irving is also pressing an action for criminal damage.

One of the accused may be in deeper trouble than at first thought. the grinning ex-con Jeremy Hammond (right, some years ago) is a convicted felon and serial offender, with a record of hacking into computers and stealing 5,000 credit card numbers with intent to defraud and distribute. For this, he was sentenced to twenty-four months in prison, a $5,250 fine, and three years of supervised release during which he may not participate in any hacking or anarchist communities, either physically or online. Oops: that sentence was in December 2006, so the total destruction of Mr Irving’s websites and online business may provide a useful service after all, if it leads to the renewed imprisonment of a thoroughly nasty and violent hired thug.
