Please find attached the advice of German counsel concerning the three questions you have raised.
As you can see, the decision of the Supreme State Court of Bavaria to dismiss Irving’s appeal, means that his conviction remains final and binding. Also, any further appeal to the Federal or Bavarian State Constitutional Court has no suspensive effect.
Your further question in your fax of 20 April has been put to German counsel and I expect a reply within 24 hours.
