To: Letters Editor Sir, Thugs Henry Kissinger writes (today), “Slobodan Milosevic is not Hitler but a Balkan thug.” Is this the same Slobodan Milosevic whom Dr Kissinger’s law firm had on its bankroll as their Belgrade consultant some years ago? I think we should be told.
