OCCUPATION OF GERMANY
The following are the subjects on which every effort should be made to prevent information falling into the hands of the enemy:
STOP any definite statements concerning --
- Surrender terms.
- Boundaries of the British, United States and Russian zones.
- Categories of arrest,
- Special procedure for dealing with Waffen S.S.
- The intention to detain all officers of the German General Staff Corps.
- The extent of the control which we will exert over all Information Services.
- Any other details of counter-intelligence planning.

WHITE PHOSPHORUS BOMBSSTOP:
All mention of the use of White Phosphorus Bombs as anti-personnel weapons. This is a contravention of the Geneva Conventions.
