Mr Irving asks a third party to monitor the website for the privileged materials
To D E P You suggested — and I now agree — that it would be a good thing to download the files and note the time and date you did so, for a possible future affidavit, in case they whip it off the Internet straight away. Can you do so, and store it somewhere for a while, please? The directory concerned (and its contents) is http://www.++++/rwe/ I have no idea how many pages it comprises; if you could give me a rough figure on the number of pages concerned, that would also be useful for our High Court hearing on February 7 in London. I am aghast at the private diaries they have posted. A lot of people can get hurt by this. David Irving (currently writing in the USA)
