“Wenn man die eigenartigen Legalismen des englischen Rechts betrachtet, dann ist es natürlich durchaus möglich, daß der Richter zugunsten von Mr Irving entscheidet deshalb wollen wir jetzt schon dem Publikum klarmachen, daß eine Entscheidung wohl etwas über englische Verleumdungsgesetze aussagt, aber nichts an der Wirklichkeit des Holocaust ändert.”
